Researchers agree that people experience one of the greatest work challenges precisely when they change jobs.

In this workshop we will deal with this, we will look at a strategy for the first 90 days of a new job, after recruitment, based on the theories of M.D. Watkins. We will also discuss about Engagement and Feedback, also important elements of a profession.

The workshop will be conducted dynamically, with comparisons and interactive parts.
