CIC does not perform recruitment. Our role starts after an employment contract is signed: we take care of the practical work that makes hires successful in Carinthia — post-hire relocation, arrival logistics, onboarding, partner matching and family reunification. Working with us reduces administrative burden, shortens time-to-productivity and increases retention.
